Ultra Pty Ltd (ABN 81 603 752 254), trading as Ultra Capital (“we”, “us”, “our”), is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect through ultracapital.com.au, how we use it, and your rights — in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We collect personal information you give us directly — for example when you submit our contact form or email or call us: your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message.
We also collect limited usage data automatically via Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we only send you marketing material if you ask us to.

We use Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies to help us understand site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works fine without cookies.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and our practice — such as our hosting provider, email service and Google Analytics — and only for the purposes above. Some providers (for example Google) may store data outside Australia.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it when no longer needed.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
